Swastik Engineering Industries is based in Jaipur, India. Swastik Engineering is a known name for supplying of bearing races and precision components. Swastik Engineering Industries was founded in 1980 in the leadership of B.S. Sharma with a vision to work with leading bearing manufacturers. Over the period the firm has worked with pioneers in the industry. In the year 2003, Vinod Sharma joined the firm and started looking business operations. He is Post Graduate in Commerce from University of Rajasthan and also holds an MBA certification from Annamalai University. Vinod is a technically sound person who himself worked on various important and high-level quality products development with leading bearing manufacturers. He modernized the organization with latest technology in the plant and machinery. He also implemented quality systems in the organization as he strongly believes that quality systems work as good friends of the business. In 2010 moved to a bigger plant and added CNC Machines to the plant from conventional lathe machines. Plant is completely setup with CNC Machines for Turning Operations, Material Cutting Machines, Quality Control tools, equipment & system, in house delivery and dispatch system etc. This makes the firm enabled with a total solution as a turned component supplier. He has a vision to work further on high quality precision components and ring forging.
